    Let the user choose the level of security: BUTT OUT! That is why I searched for reverting to a previous version. I have lowered the security and still NOTHING! IE9 refuses to open links it opens a browser tab, but that's as far as it goes. Just one more reason to find another OS for the pc. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
